Cheese has a bunch of different nutrients that are beneficial to our health such as calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K2. Eating cheese gives the body protein an amino acids as well as a bunch of different vitamins and minerals. It also contains CLA which can help fight off cancer. Cheese also aids in fighting off high blood pressure as well as type two diabetes.
