The new research also shows that this kind of training focused on muscles involved in breathing process can also prevent cardiovascular illnesses in aging individuals. The study had focused on adults in their fifties to late seventies. The results confirm what was suspected for a long time, as far as the breathing practices and their impact on cardio health go.
